Shipment
How do we ship?
Your order will be shipped by our service partner, elandia GmbH. For small orders of 1-2 card sets, we use uninsured shipping; for larger shipments, we use an insured small package. Bulk shipments are shipped via DHL or DPD parcels.
How long does shipping take?
Once we receive your order, we will process it within 1-2 business days. Shipping via DHL takes approximately 1-3 business days within Germany . Shipments to other EU countries can take up to 5-7 days.
How much does shipping cost within Germany?
Our standard shipping rate is €3.90. Shipping is free for orders over €29.
Is international shipping possible?
We also ship internationally to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France,

My package was not delivered
When packages get lost in the mail, it's always frustrating for both parties. If your shipment hasn't arrived within 7 days , please notify us by email, including your order number. Together, we'll find a solution.

The shipment arrived damaged
If your order arrives damaged, ideally, do not accept the package at all and please notify us by email, including your order number. If you only noticed the damage after receiving it, or if your damaged package was left in your mailbox, please document the damage with photos. We require photos of the damaged shipping packaging, including the shipping label, as well as photos of the damaged products. In this case, please notify us, including your order number, and we will send you a new package.

You do not pick up your shipment at the branch
If you don't pick up your shipment from the store and it's returned to us, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs of €3.90. Please check the status of your shipment regularly and contact us if you can't find your package.

How can I cancel my order?
Everyone makes mistakes sometimes—it's no problem. Please send us an email to hello@finimi.de with your order details, and we 'll cancel your order before your package is on its way. If the package is already on its way, you'll unfortunately have to return it and pay for the return shipping.
What should I do if I received the wrong package?
If you find the wrong item in your package, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please send us an email to hello@finimi.de with your order details. We will send you the correct package immediately and, of course, cover the return shipping costs.

Are you not satisfied with your order? That's a shame, of course, but we always welcome constructive criticism. Please send us an email to hello@finimi.de with your suggestion for improvement. Of course, you can return your order within the deadline.

What are our return policies?
