HEY! I want to share my story with you today, a story about passion, courage, and self-belief. My name is Renée, and I'm currently on the cusp of launching my fourth company. Why? Because I firmly believe that all the good things in life don't come in threes, but in as many as you need!

Let me tell you a little about my journey. I'm originally an industrial engineer and spent years working as a project engineer in a traditional medium-sized company . But I was always missing something: something creative, something meaningful. So I made a decision: In 2019, I quit my job and began training to become a yoga teacher.

My first step toward entrepreneurship was founding a yoga fashion label —sustainable fashion made in Germany. It was a really nice project, but over time I realized that the fashion world is really tough and that my heart wasn't too passionate about fashion after all. In the summer of 2021, I gave it a second try and, together with two other lovely people, launched a startup in the ultralight hammock sector. It was a really great project, but here, too, I quickly realized that my heart wasn't really in it. But I'm really glad that the inventor is pursuing the project and will definitely buy one myself as soon as it's available in stores.

My third company was a labor of love: yoga and affirmation cards . After completing my yoga teacher training and following my passion for personal development, I launched a card set with two applications—yoga and affirmations. I founded YOCA on my own, and it still exists today, and I'm proud that it supports people on their path to greater mindfulness and inner balance.

And now I'm standing here, with my fourth company: finimi. A card set for a wide variety of life situations that creates connection in the here and now. What's different from the other companies? I feel like I can really make a difference here. A movement toward true communication and a genuine experience—not the big, spiritual, elusive connection, but the small, immediate, and genuine one.

Perseverance has been crucial for me personally in my entrepreneurial journey. It's easy to get discouraged by setbacks and give up, especially when the challenges are overwhelming. But it's in these moments that I hold on to my dream and remember why I chose this path. Because with every failure, I learn valuable lessons that strengthen me and allow me to evolve. I learn to grow from my mistakes, adapt my strategies, and come back stronger. Every obstacle I overcome not only builds my character but also my ability to succeed as an entrepreneur. If I persist and believe in myself and our company, I can overcome even the toughest hurdles .

The moral of my story? Never give up. Every setback, every failure is an opportunity to grow and learn. If you believe in yourself and pursue your passion, you can achieve anything. Because in the end, all good things are...what you make of them, even if it takes three, four, or more attempts.

With that in mind, let’s realize our dreams together and make the world a little better.

Best regards, Renée
